Signature service down?
Anyone else having problems with the Signature service? I choose a file for signature, the screen comes up saying that it is preparing the document, and then the page goes blank. I've tried multiple ...

Based on the status page here, everything seems to be operating without an issue, and we didn't have any reports either.
Does this happen with a specific document? Since you get the same result on multiple browsers, can you send me a screenshot, in order for me to have visual too, please?

Not much to show other than the 'preparing document' page, which pops up for second and then the page goes completely white blank. I've tried multiple files, both PDF and Word. I get the same result with all files and with all browsers.

Hi jas_mi, is it possible that the file size is too large, as the maximum supported size if 40 MB or 500 pages?
Are you able to reduce the size of the document to see if this helps?

Hello, it's a one-page document.
I'm on the family plan. I'm guessing that might be the reason, although I get the popup that I get three included signatures per month.
