Well good luck with getting a reply. I've sent 3 emails to Ascendo over the last month and nothing. This app is still being sold on the Play Store but there is absolutely no support.
Like everyone else I have a lot of important information on DataVault and am looking into alternatives. I have bought Password Safe but think that transferring the data from one to another is going to be a headache as categories and templates are different on both apps

Same here. I have a ton of data in premium paid Datavault. It has been flawless until now. No reply from ascendo to multiple emails over a month. I don't want to pay monthly for an app and cannot find one that can import csv from Datavault.

GOOD NEWS ALL!
I've found an app called SafeInCloud. It's similar in structure to DataVault but cleaner and better. It synchronises via Dropbox or other cloud services and can import DataVault data directly. Took me a few hours to do and it's a one-off payment (approx $3 for single user, $9 for a family pack - up to 5 users) I had one query which I sent yesterday and got an answer today. So it's goodbye from me to DataVault 👋😅😊😁
