X1 search engine some files inaccessible
Recently installed the new Dropbox connector of X1 which is a new feature on the program.
The initial index scan was never completed as some files were blocked somehow. Customer representative at X1 concluded from log files that somehow Dropbox blocked access to some of the files. Log file link idealab dropbox was not accepted in this post.
