Can I cancel my plan using the mobile app?

I was part of an organization and no longer have access to the email. I have a current subscription and I'm looking to cancel it via website but don't have access to the email anymore. 

 

Fortunately, I'm still logged in to the account on my phone. How do I cancel my subscription from my mobile device. I have no way to get access to that email anymore.

    Hey xkouki, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Do you remember if your account was paid directly through Dropbox or through the Apple/Google store? 

     

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

     

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

      It was through the website unfortunately. From doing my research it looks like I need to login with that email that I no longer have access to for me to cancel. Hoping for another solution

        Hey xkouki, did you try to follow the steps I provided above, in order to open a ticket number with our Support? 

         

        You should be able to open a ticket, however you'd need to log out of your Dropbox account, and try an incognito mode on your browser too.
