Hi everyone, In early April, I contacted Dropbox Support to cancel my paid subscription. On April 4th, I received confirmation via Ticket #24953311 that the cancellation and refund had been processed, and that the amount would be returned within 3 to 5 business days. However, more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received the refund. I tried reaching out again, but was redirected to an unmonitored inbox (Ticket #25009410), and haven’t received any response since. Has anyone in the community experienced a similar issue or knows how to actually get in touch with someone from the Dropbox team who can help? and can't work out which email was used. I have not used Dropbox either. My only guess is that it was linked to an old email but again I have no access. I am charged every Nov and need to cancel and would like to request a refund as it is clear I have not accessed. I had cancelled my Dropbox account in July of last year. I am not sure why Dropbox left my account open, but I never got any notifications whatsoever that they were continuing to charge my account $12.74 each month since then. Not even a monthly receipt. The only way I found out is because I got an email from Dropbox recently, after closing the credit card on file, saying my account has been downgraded. My useage history over the past year is confirmation that I have been dormant with no intentions of using a personal Dropbox account other than sharing photos for a one-time project. I use my corporate Dropbox account, so I had only opened this one for that one-time purpose. I reached out to Dropbox but never heard back. This pricing structure and refund policy feels predatory. Hi, I have a problem with dropbox. I tried contacting the billing team and they havent got back to me yet and its been 3 days since. I never received any response from them. Dear Dropbox Community, I can not figure out how to cancel my $22/mo. individual plan, which I not longer use. I have logged into my account via both the web and Android app and still can not cancel it. Very frustrating. And I can not locate a phone number, chat option or email to get help from Dropbox. I am sure Dropbox is a fine company with a great product. But, I not longer need it. I would be MOST appreciative if anyone can tell me how to cancel my account. I have no option to unsubscribe my plan. I have tried through the app, two different browsers and my phone. However it is not an option to unsubscribe... Apparently i can't get in touch with support either, and it is not possible to delete my account. Hi, I activated a free trial in order to evaluate the current offerings of dropbox to see if i wanted to buy a subscription (haven't been a paying customer for years now). I then immediatelly proceeded to cancel the trial, as I do every time i activate a free trial, in order to not forget it and get billed against my will, under the assumption that the premium service would end at the designated date, as is usually the case when one cancels a free trial. Instead, my account got instantly reverted back to the free tier. Is there any way to get to activate the free trial again?
