Double charge - what can I do?
I clicked the link to renew my yearly subscription because I received an email saying pay or you will lose everything. I clicked and followed instructions but instead, I somehow created a new dropbox...

I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly for further assistance as they'll be better equipped to help you in this case.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant details.
Once you do this and get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us here so that we can look it up too.
