How can I access an invoice after deleting my account?

Hi community,

Last year I had yearly business account and I deleted this account a couple of weeks ago. Before I deleted my account I checked when I needed to pay the yearly amount and dropbox said that I needed to pay on July 24th. At that moment I forgot to check which creditcard was linked to my dropbox. After july 24th I checked my creditcards to see if the amount had been debited from one of my accounts, but this was not the case. I want to see my invoice from my deleted account and which creditcard is connected, but my account is deleted and I cannot find it anymore. Anyone who has a tip for me?

Hey @Flora99, thanks for posting your question!

I'm afraid that if you don't have access to the billing info associated with the payment, there's no way for us to locate the invoice.

Have you tried searching the email address associated with the account, to see if you can locate your renewal emails?

Or perhaps check your bank account for previous Dropbox payments?

Let me know what you find.
