I have a charge, even though I closed my account.

I've been a loyal Dropbox customer for years. I paid my bill every year to keep my stuff safe. Ha-ha.

When I needed my stuff again this spring, everything was gone. I contacted help center and nobody knew where my files have gone.

So everything was gone, my work from many years. Puff, up in the air.

Support said that I must have had taken everything away myself. Well I was not. I was really angry then and I closed my account. I never wanted to here about Dropbox again.

Now I see, Dropbox has charged my account (in a bank) again about something what is not there anymore. And I can't get to the help center where real support team is. I really hate this situation. What do I do now? Go and shoot myself?

Hey One angry lady, sorry to hear about that!

I'd be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look at the charge, and see what can be done about this.

Let me know if you're okay with that!
