I bought new Samsung s7 edge in June 2016. I got one mail regarding for claiming 48gb free space, but I have not noticed it at that time. So, can i claim the same offer now? how?
No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

@Chanaka: Is it your first time trying to receive this bonus with a Samsung device? You can only claim it once, even if you buy a second device.
@Stephen: Yes, it's entirely possible, and likely, that you have two account. As this thread is specifically for the bonus space earned with Samsung devices, please start a new topic specific to your issue if you still require assistance. Thank you.
@M. MNS: Have you read this entire thread for the possible reasons and solutions? All the information you need is already here in the previous responses.
@Vu: You can only claim the bonus space once. Since you've already received a bonus from an earlier Samsung device, you are no longer eligible to receive it again.
@Rami: The same thing that I explained to Vu applies to you.
@Larry: No, your files will not be deleted. You just won't be able to sync again until you're below quota. The files will remain accessible in your account to view and/or download.
@Michael: Have you met the other requirements for the promotion? See the following link (which also applies to everyone else that I've responded to).
