I keep getting charged for two plans and I've no idea what Dropbox accounts they're linked to.

Hey, being charged for two subscriptions. Have no transaction ID on statement. have checked with everyone in the company and everyone is on a basic plan. I keep getting sent around in circles.

Does the statement mention anything about Apple or Google? If so, you're being charged through one of the App stores and you need to contact them.

If it doesn't mention Apple or Google, you can contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

No mention of Apple or Google. On the statement it says:

      Dropbox  db.tt/cchelp for €11.99 and €19.99
