I paid for an upgrade but I'm still on the Basic plan
Paid for the Dropbox Plus upgrade but still on basic plan
Paid in answer to warning message on Iphone
Paid via PayPay Transaction id [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

If you put your billing info into this payment lookup tool, does it bring up any results?
It should bring up the email address of the upgraded account.

Hannah,
The card doesn't have a 12 digit number although it shows the purchase,date and amount.
The follow up links lead me to options that can only be accessed with an upgraded account. I can't see the email although I know which one it is.
