Hi, I am about to lose my mind with Dropbox. I signed up for the business free trial, and then was out of storage so wanted to upgrade to the actual plan, went through and added payment then it still does not let me upgrade my account. It shows that i have the storage but i'm not able to use any of the features, and when i send out links they all show temporarily disabled? I use dropbox fairly regularly and recently have been getting close to my maximum storage space on my account, so I decided to upgrade. After the payment failing to go through even after confirming the purchase through my banking app, I tried again and the payment was taken out of my account. However, my account has not been upgraded. I am hoping that the payment did not go through properly and I will be refunded in the next day or so (As I have been reading from other discussions/threads on here). Because I subscribe to dropbox via my apple account, I have to upgrade to professional there. I did that and paid a month ago, but my account in dropbox still shows I am only on plus plan.
