Can you please share your ticket's ID for your support interaction so that we can look it up in our system?
If you'd like to have a further look into it internally, we can reach out via email to the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community so just let me know.
Otherwise, you can also contact our support team through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window where you're not logged into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
