Not long ago, I requested the cancellation of Dropbox. However, the payment was made on my card as it was not canceled. I request a refund. (I am not using the product at all at the moment.) Hey I canceled my payment 3 days ago just after I had already paid one fee but you have taken a second charge a couple hours ago. Why should I be charged again, you gave no warning about taking another charge why would you take money in the space of 3 days like that when I have a canceled subscription ? You have no way to get in contact other than robots. I purchased the subscription less than a month ago so how have you guys taken over $60 for not even a month of use ? I feel like you take money off your customers and rely on robots to hide. My rating so far is 0/10 and i will not be using this service again if this can't be sorted out. Anyone reading check to make sure these guys don't rip you off also because if they are doing it to everyone then that's theft and they will be making millions off a service that holds just over a gig of storage for me lol. Hi folks, quick question. I need to claim a refund after a subscription to Essentials was activated after the months trial. I'm based in the UK. A couple of questions. EU customers can claim a refund up to 14 days after starting a plan. Is this the same for UK customers? I presume it is, even if we are not in the European Union anymore. Also, would the 14 day period go from the trail date start (15 Dec) or from when the subscription was activate and payment taken (today). One more point.... it stated when I took the trial, I would have up to the 11th of Jan to cancel. So I planned to cancel late on this date (today) as i presumed i'd have up until midnight, but payment was taken before the day ended. Anyway... Hi! I issued a refund for $199.00 last December 30, I already received an Invoice and was told by one of the customer support (Sarah) that it would return to my account within 3-5 working days and if not returned within that day, I would contact my bank. Unfortunately it’s been a 7 business days already and I haven’t got any update about my refund. I contacted the bank and they advise me to message the dropbox customer service. I have read the similar items to mine and do not know how to receive assistance. My wife had a small business and used the Dropbox services for several years. She retired earlier this year and we submitted a request to Dropbox to delete the account. I received a confirmation on May 28, 2024 at 11:59 AM stating the following: "This email is a confirmation that you've deleted your Dropbox account." I am still being charged $54.00 per month. I am unable to log into the original account because the account was deleted, as I had requested. I attempted to write an email to SALES to see if they would assist me, but all I received back was the procedure to log into the account and work from there. Again, it is hard to log into an account if the account has been deleted. The most recent billing statement from Dropbox is listed as: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. As a last ditch effort, I even tried to send a response to "Feedback@dropbox.com" which was listed in my cancellation confirmation letter but the response came back telling me this is not a monitored address.
