There's no option to update my payment method via the Billing page

I am unable to update my card, I have a new card and there is not button to change the card, I am in the billing section and can see the old card and from what i can research I should have an update ...

    Thanks for that! From what I can see, you’re on the free Basic plan which can explain why you don’t see the option to update your payment details. 

     

    If you wish to have a paid subscription instead, you’ll need to select one of our plans here and you should be able to insert your payment method before completing the upgrade process.
