I had a Teams account and I followed the instructions to disband the team. It said that all accounts would be converted to free accounts and then could be upgraded. But when I log in to my account it...

Out of interest how long ago did you disband?

I am literally guessing here, but, I believe there is a small recovery window in which this can almost be undone (7 days rings a bell) and so I'm wondering if that means your account is in almost limbo until then?
