Can I reset my password without access to the email as I forgot it?

i have forgotten my password and no longer have access to my email, how can i reset my password and change my email?

You can't. The only way to reset the password is with access to the email account. Your best option is to see if you can get the email address reactivated.

I should reiterate I know the username and password but it sends a code to the old deleted email I’m assuming the issue is still the same

    Correct. You'll need access to the email address in order to gain access to the Dropbox account.
