Change email address that has been deleted

Hello, I was using [removed per the Community's Guidelines] for my e-mail. But the e-mail has been deleted and I can't even log in because I can't authenticate my e-mail. I want to change it to the [removed per the Community's Guidelines] I'm using now. What personal information should I prepare
