Tried to change my email but it says that the email I'm trying to use is not available
I have an account that i use everyday. I juts got a new computer and wanted to update my dropbox email as work has changed domains. When i went to dropbox it automatically logged in using my google under the email i want to change to. I logged out and logged back in under my original account. This worked but when i went to change my email address to my new one it says that email is not available. How can i fix this?

Hey THEO123, welcome to our Community.
If you're getting an error that the email address is not available or that it's taken, it means that there's another, second Dropbox account using that address.
That makes sense, since you mentioned that you got signed into Dropbox with that address.
If you want to free up that address, you'll either need to delete the Dropbox account using it, or use another (third/placeholder) address on that account, to free it up.
Please make sure that you're deleting the correct account, though, if you're going that route.
To be sure, try using a different browser or a private browsing/incognito window to login to the second account.
