Dropbox Paper files are missing after organization downgraded from team to personal

My org downgraded from a team account to personal accounts and none of the documents I had access to were transferred to my personal account, whereas the same did happen for all the other members of ...

Were you a team admin?

 

When the subscription was cancelled, was the team disbanded?
