How do I find the Dropbox Preferences on Windows?

I'm trying to change the syncing settings, but I can't seem to find the Preferences or open the Desktop App. I've downloaded Dropox (and I tried to do it again but the website said it was already installed) but any time I open the app it only opens the File Explorer. I've gathered there are a lot of settings I can manage in the Preferences sections but how on earth do I access it? I'm using a PC with Windows 11.

The app itself should appear at the bottom near the tool bar - the bit where the clock is. That is what you need to click on to.

Try either right clicking on the icon, or, choosing CTRL+Click on it

That's what I've been doing, but it only opens the File Explorer. How do I get to the app itself? I assume the Preferences aren't available in File Explorer.
