I forgot my dropbox password and i use this link https://www.dropbox.com/forgot but i got this error "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."

My password no longer works.
I've tried resetting my password, but keep getting the message "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
I wait 24hours, sometimes weeks, but still get this message and can not reset my password.
Please can anyone help.

Hi there. I have been trying to reset my password for an email that I haven't used for close to a year. There are two things are happened and I don't know what to do or who to reach out to:
1. I didn't receive the reset password link in my email.
2. I tried to redo it, and it kept showing "too many attempts. try few minutes later"
Can someone reach out to me and help me out with resetting one of my dropbox account?

Can you try to reset your password again, from a different connection or network, to see if that helps?

Hi:
I have tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and am still unable to receive a password reset email. This is very frustrating as I need to access my account.
