Hey gpete1977, sorry to jump in here, but I just want to mention that these names are not real people or accounts whatsoever. They show up the first time you navigate to the DocSend page.
They act like placeholders of real people (as an example) if you were to use DocSend to send a doc of yours for collaboration via DocSend.
This is also why their email addresses aren't working.
I hope this helps clarify matters and please let us know if you have any follow up questions.

Thank you for helping me. Well the first time I tried to accept transfer my Tax Files to my Accountant she did not get them. So she resent a Link and it worked. I just have a free Account currently. Is there anyway that you can please look at my account to see where what happened?
The 3 People that were listed in my Dropbox Account, and that I included above, are no longer listed.
I really need to have this possibly investigated by someone as there was a ton of Sensitive info in my 3 previous Tax Returns.
