Could you clarfiy what you mean by 'allowed to access their Dropbox'?
Do you mean they provided you with an email and password, or was it a shared folder added to your own account?
This will help me to assist further!
- John94592 years agoExplorer | Level 4They provided the link abd the password. According to them, no other subscriber has had this issue that they are aware of.

Have you tried switching browsers on your computer, and the same error persists?
If it does, I'd also like you to upload a full screenshot of the error you keep receiving on your end.
