I am not receiving the Dropbox security alerts after enabling it.
Hello Community, I am not able to get security alerts of Ransomware events despite enabling log event. Is there any way to run sample Ransomware test file and get alerts ?

Provided this is the feature you're referring to, would you mind letting me know when you first enabled it?
Have you checked your spam/junk folder on your email in case the alerts ended up in there?
