I joined a team and now my plan has been cancelled. How can I go back to a personal account again?

I joined a dropbox team and then my account was cancelled. Why did it do this? How do I get my account back to where it was before cancelling? Thanks   [removed per Community Guidelines] ...

I see, zamboknee. Have they told you what they see exactly? If they’ve sent you any screenshots, feel free to attach them here; it’d be great to have a visual. 

 

Other than that, I can see you’ve logged a ticket with our support team; they’ll reply back to it and further help.

    working on a screenshot.  However, clicking on the 'camera' above doesn't allow me to access my hard drive to upload a screenshot. Only gives me 'source', 'image description' and 'constraints.'

        Hmm, are you sure they’re following the exact same steps mentioned here? They need to go to their Admin Console > Members tab > click on the ellipsis next to your name > Delete member > Convert to individual Dropbox Basic account instead.
