I'm not receiving any email from Dropbox in order to access my account.
Hello.
When I'm trying to log in it says I will receive an email (I have yahoo), however even after a whole day there's nothing, spam folder checked, nothing. I try to go for the option to reset the password and still, nothing on my email at all!
I need to access my account please, what should I do now?

If you're not receiving Dropbox emails, follow these steps:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Double-check all folders, including "Spam" or "Junk."
- Verify Email Address: Ensure you're checking the correct email account linked to Dropbox.
- Whitelist Dropbox Email: Add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts or safe sender list.
- Use a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, email delivery issues can be related to browser settings or cache.
- Contact Yahoo Support: If the issue persists, Yahoo might be blocking Dropbox emails. Reach out to Yahoo support.
- Contact Dropbox Support: Use the Dropbox support page to request help accessing your account: Dropbox Help Center.
These steps should help you resolve the issue and regain access to your account.
