Welcome back to the Community, Cogicom; hope you’re doing well.

To clarify, you can see all of your info when accessing the Dropbox Passwords extension via Safari, but not on your mobile app or the extension on Firefox instead. Correct? 

As a first step, can you open your Dropbox Passwords app on your mobile device and then, tap on the gear icon on the top right corner? Are you seeing the same email address that appears on your Safari browser?
