4 months agoThanks for sending over more details, GGQ! The 24h response time that you saw applies when it comes to tickets/emails. On the forum, you should receive a faster reply.
Now, as for your two Dropbox accounts, I can see that you’ve also posted on this thread from two separate Community/Dropbox profiles indeed (Gary Q.1 and GGQ). This means that one of them has been accidentally set up with a different email address than your original account (the one that you see on your Firefox browser with the 6.25GB of data).
What I want you to do as the next step is to open both browsers again (both Firefox and DuckDuckGo) and go to this page on each one of them. Do you see the same email address?
