Is this Dropbox domain official?

Hi,

We have started getting emails, ostensibly, from Dropbox asking us to download the desktop app.  We already have the app and the email address, I think, is suspect.  It is

no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com

Am I being overly cautious?

  • Hi FoPL, welcome to our Community!

The email address you mentioned, is indeed an official Dropbox domain. You can see more about that here

If you already have the app, you can ignore these emails. However, is it possible that you're maybe using the account on a new device?

    Let me know more!

Thanks.  I couldn't find that page of emails and, whilst it isn't a new computer, I am working with a new charity and their dropbox.

Thanks fro the reply.  It is appreciated.
