two-step verification
I can’t get on my Dropbox account says will send me two-step verification code but I don’t receive an email.

Hello Zee, Have you inspected your email's spam/junk folder to verify if the emails ended up there somehow?
You can also include the email address no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then attempt sending the email again.Please make sure that you are checking the correct email also.
