Turn Off Collaborative Editing
Is there a way to turn off collaborative editing for certain files? In particular, I have Excel files where I don't want autosave in use.

May I ask if you're familiar with this Help Center article?
Specifically, note the part that mentions that to open files locally without starting a co-authoring session, you can either:
1. Lock the file before opening it.
2. Toggle off Auto-Save in the top left of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint after opening the file.
3. Turn off Microsoft 365 desktop co-authoring for your device from the Apps section in the settings page on dropbox.com.Let us know if this helps!
