Welche Art  von Akkount haben Sie?

Direkten support (mail, chat, Telefon) gibt es nur für bezahlte Akkounts.

 

Haben Sie prinzipiell noch Zugang zu Ihrem Akkount? www.dropbox.com → login

 

Kann sein, dass Sie - da Sie vielleicht einen freien Akkount haben - die Anzahl der zugelassen Geräte (3) überschritten haben?
