Quero questionar o tamanho da minha conta

Boa tarde, gostaria de consultar alguém sobre o tamanho da minha conta. Vcs dizem que eu tenho mais de 10 gigas, mas eu olho o tamanho das minhas pastas e não chega a 2 gigas. O que está acontecendo? Obrigada, Daniela
