The chat box is pretty small, allowing me to see only a few lines of text at a time. What's the harm in allowing users to make it bigger, so we can see the chat thread in bigger chunks? The help people usually give a lot of links and steps, and I'm trying to follow those steps, but every time the rep types in something new, it scrolls me down automatically, resulting in me having to scroll back up again to search for very specific text in order to follow their instructions
