Is there an option to send the invoice to my email each month? Please tell me it's possible....

Email dropbox invoice/receipt each year with payment notification so that I don't have to search to find it to download. Or make it easier to find by placing in the mobile dropbox app.
I understand that Dropbox is not capable of providing invoices and receipts to be sent automatically by email.
Why not?
This is a basic bookkeeping function that is standard practice. Invoices and receipts are used to balance the books so that companies can manage their finances. Sending them automatically by email is a standard practice that streamlines this basic function.
Does Dropbox itself not require its vendors to provide invoices and receipts via email?
Please consider providing this basic function.
