You might see that the Dropbox Community team have been busy working on some major updates to the Community itself! So, here is some info on what’s changed, what’s staying the same and what you can expect from the Dropbox Community overall.
Allow an admin to prevent users from accidentally deleting a primary team folder and it's initial file structure. In other words if it's not user created they shouldn't be able to delete the folder. Think how a workstation would be to where the user can only do certain tasks and for other tasks they need an elevated account holder to perform. This would also better separate user and admin permissions.

Do not allow mass deletions without administrator authorization and limit these to a low number of files per request, not 50,000 at a time!!!
