I received a reminder to cancel a free trial of Essentials- But no such trial appears on my Subscriptions Page- just a Basic subscription, and so no Cancel button (as the help page says there should be). Hi, can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder. In my profile, I presently have 5 posts listed under Posts and Replies. These are the 5 posts that I posted today. But above that, under my username, it says I have 8 posts. I currently use the Dropbox desktop app with one account, syncing sticker WhatsApp group files seamlessly. However, I also have a second Dropbox account, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to log into both accounts on the same device via the Dropbox installer. How can I switch between accounts, or is there a way to manage both without needing to log out and back in? I'm using personal accounts, not part of a team, and I want to keep both accounts synced for different projects. As I mentioned in a previous post, my original username (DropBoxDude) was changed (not by me) to "DragonDude". All the emails re: badges sent to me were for "DragonDude. I logged in to my account and changed it back to the only username I have ever had (DropBoxDude). And it then showed the correct username in my profile. Then a little later, I noticed that it had again been changed (This time to DDude) This is a different issue than the badges issue so many are having. Why is this happening? Yes, I got several notification emails from this forum, regarding "badges", including one for "Conversation Starter". What's going on? I have not anytime recently started a conversation (If ever). And in my profile, it shows that I have made 3 posts. How do I go to these posts? I can find nothing to click on to go to these posts. The words "3 posts" under my username are not a link. And, all the emails you sent me regarding badges were for a username that was not mine. Then I logged into my forum account and found that my name had been changed from the original and only username I have ever had for this forum... this request is due to a nuisance: i use dropbox to backup the pix from my phone. this popup appears every time i connect the phone to the computer, while the phone is locked. sometimes this pop up appress again a few minutes later for no apparent reason or trigger. connecting my phone might mean i just want it charged, i don't always require an immediate file transfer. the pop up is intrusive and stays on top of everything else. this pop up has no easy closing button (just the system's red dot), and the only options suggested are to "Get mobile app" (which i have, so who's dumb now?!) and "Why dropbox can't import" which leads to your website. but I KNOW ALL THAT, AND I SIMPLY DON'T NEED MY PHOTOS IMPORTED RIGHT NOW. i really do not need this annoying pop up screen. customer support has led me here. please consider letting me dismiss this pop up forever. love and peace, yaneev529Views1like2CommentsI verified my email but it doesn't register as verified
I'm trying to share a folder through a link. It wants me to verify my email address. I've verified my email by clicking the link it sends me about 10 times now, but it still doesn't register as verified, even under my account settings.
