I can't change my Dropbox Sign settings, as the webpage keeps refreshing.
I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and goes right back to the templates home page. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am within days of closing the email account I signed on with many years ago. You entered the correction I sent to you many months ago, but today, via a boilerplate email, I see that this side of Dropbox is still sending to the account I am trying to clean out in order to close it. I have found everything about email updates through your online links, everything but how to change the one you have held onto for the Community database. Why do all of you internet companies separate business updates from your other departments? HOW do I get this section simply to make the change without having to click through a long list of irrelevant "One of these might help" links?
Why am I constantly being told to log in when I open my laptop?
Can anyone, please, help me with a strange, new, occurrence on my laptop. I haven't changed any settings either on the laptop or Dropbox, but for last couple of months, every time I switch on my laptop and open Chrome, a large box pops up telling me I must log in to Dropbox. It includes a picture of a woman at a desk. It gives me the option to do it now or later, but when I click later if asks me if I'm sure (or something along those lines). If I try and login just to close it down it doesn't go anywhere. I've had my laptop and a Dropbox account for many years. I always use Chrome. No one else has access to any of these things. So why is it coming up? I certainly don't need to log into Dropbox to access ebay or Tesco. So what are they playing at? Thanks for listening x
I can't update my Dropbox email address to a Gmail address - Error 500 on opening link
I am currently trying to link my Dropbox account to my Google Account. In order for this to work, my Dropbox Account needs to be configured with my GMail address, otherwise the accounts won't be linked. However, whenever I try to update my email address and click the link that arrives in my GMail mailbox, I'll see the same error 500 screen: Does anyone have an idea what I could be doing wrong? I noticed that Google is altering the link when I click it. Instead of opening https://www.dropbox.com/l/[...] the tab will be opened as https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.dropbox.com/l/[...] Thanks in advance for any help!
217.4.4417 breaks screenshot pasting feature on Windows
A new update of Dropbox was pushed to me today. It added a new set of options related to screenshots. Show quick action after screenshot... I dislike this, I preferred just getting the notification, but at least I can turn this off. When Screenshot is ready... "Copy link to clipboard" or "Copy Picture to clipboard" I typically take a screenshot by pressing print screen, then pasting the screenshot in Discord or my art software, I REQUIRE this functionality to maintain my productivity. but I also like to have the image saved to dropbox as a backup. With "Copy Link to Clipboard", well, it's a link, Art software isn't going to know what to do with that, and discord doesn't inline images from Dropbox very well, so I'd still rather have an image in the clipboard. The 2nd option, "Copy Picture to Clipboard", well, when I try and paste, nothing happens. I want a 3rd option... "Leave Clipboard alone", just, whatever print screen normally does, just let it happen. Just Save the image to my Screenshots folder in Dropbox, and leave it at that, like it used to be. Is that too much to ask? Note: I do pay for Dropbox.

A pink banner has appeared stating that: Your credit card has expired! To keep your subscription, update your credit card. However I am part of a family plan and the credit card used to pay for this is my partners, which has not expired. Is this a bug? Can anyone advise on how best to proceed?
I want to change my emails for my Dropbox accounts, as one is a paid Dropbox account
I can't seem to figure out how to get ahold of ANYONE at Dropbox to help me fix my account. I am getting billed for the PREMIUM plan and not able to use any of it because I have 2 ACCOUNTS and therefore when try to I change my email, it isn't letting me. I USE the one tied to the email that isn't getting billed if that makes sense. I am super frustrated to the point of asking for a complete refund and just using a different service!!!!!!
