I received the below automated message today so logged in to cancel my account. However, my account info tells me that I'm a Basic user and not a Plus user. Therefore there is no way for me to -cancel the Plus subsciption. I left my job that my dropbox subscription is tied to. The subscription was paid for with my credit card and I was reimbursed. Now that I am no longer working there, I want to cancel the subscription, but the work email tied to it no longer exists/I do not have access to it. I have no ability to log in and cancel it. Because I cannot log in, I can only get "assistance" from the Chatbot which is no assistance at all. Hi I have a problem paying for my upgrade. I have had Dropbox Plus for ages but now the payment page just loops back after approving capcha without any errors. I had a case with advanced support. even though i had not actively used it in quite some time.... I now come to find out that if i haven't "logged in" , my account has been deleted ? ( that makes sense - let's delete an active paying customers account ?!?!? ) So now when i try to call support it says to log in and request a call back. Hi my credit card has been charged AUD$184 via PayPal. However I have not signed up to a yearly subscription and there is no register of this on my account nor has there been an invoice sent. I did not authorize this charge. Please help. Hi Everyone, I need help to cancel a subscription made on an account of a company for which I dont work anymore (no possibility to have access to the email service provider) therefore I don't have access to the account anymore.
