Billing

I came to purchase a plan from Dropbox through Adobe Perks with a 50% off offer for the first year. Sounded good to me. I was presented with the upsell to Essentials and the small print said after a 30 day free trial I'd be charged AU$153.48/yr including taxes. This was cheaper than the Plus account which would go up to AU$186.88/yr plus taxes after the first discounted year, so of course I selected that option. My confirmation email contradicts this offer and says that I will be charged AU$306.90 after the 30 day trial period. This is not what I signed up for and I cannot find any way of contacting sales or support to address this. I took screenshots of the checkout because it felt like it was too good to be true. I was right.41Views0likes3CommentsEarly renewals for individual plans
It would be helpful to have the option to make an early payment for subscription renewals, especially when users have access to time-sensitive promotional discounts. This would allow users to take full advantage of discounts before they expire, even if the scheduled renewal date is set later. I believe this feature would add more flexibility and enhance the overall user experience including me. Thanks!40Views0likes3CommentsLoyalty program to redeem points to reduce subscription fee
I'm very surprised that a 7 billion dollar market cap publicly traded company doesn't have this already. Other companies do so why not this one? Basically every year that you're with Dropbox on a paid subscription you get points that you can redeem for dollars off of your subscription. That way there can be loyalty points involved and more LTV for Dropbox. As everyone knows there are a lot of places where we can store data but Dropbox is the best. Let's please make a loyalty program and by doing that Dropbox will be seeing more revenue that way but also we as customers would be also getting a benefit from it as well. So a win win win situation Thank you in advance.18Views0likes2CommentsI want to switch my billing from Apple to Dropbox, but I am unable to.
I'd like to switch my billing over directly to Dropbox instead of through my Apple account on my Iphone. I've spoken to their tech support and they don't have any solutions. I'd like to take advantage of a benefit I have through Adobe, but because it's connected to billing in Apple, it doesn't allow me to get the deal. It says my billing is managed externally. I let my Dropbox plan expire, as advised by Dropbox customer service, but it's been two days since it expired, and with it being my work, I'm concerned about losing my files if I don't get this fixed sooner than later. Does anyone know the steps on how to remove the "inactive" Dropbox subscription from my Apple account? Or on the Dropbox side, how to switch my billing over to Dropbox instead of externally?12Views0likes1CommentI can't remove my credit card from my account, even though I've cancelled my Dropbox plan.
I cannot remove my credit card information from my account. I see this is a common issue on dropbox. And I know that even though I canceled my subscription I will be billed again next year for something I don't want. I find it outrageous that I have no control over my own credit card information. As far as I'm concerned this is being done on purpose so you can keep billing people who don't want to use this platform anymore. Maybe a class-action lawsuit is in order. Or maybe it's time to alert the press. It's unbelievable how many people cannot perform the simple act of removing their credit card info.1.6KViews1like23CommentsI'm paying for a Plus plan, but it shows like I'm still on Basic.
I have a Plus account but used to have a basic account. I am being charged for the plus but when I sign in I get to a basic account and there is no support. I entered the billing information and it did not recognize it even though I was clearly billed. How do I get help to sort this out?
