Hi! I have successfully linked my google account with my dropbox account. But when i try to create a document or sheet it has the following error: Could not create destination folder. Before this error occurred I created a google sheet, but 30 min. later I couldn't create either new docs or sheets. In the settings the account is successfully linked to google account. My browser is Google chrome and it is logged in to the same google account as the one I have connected to Why is that and how can i solve the problem?Solved42Views0likes5CommentsUnable to create Google Docs, Sheets, Slides...
Hello, I'm in my Dropbox folder, click Create > Google Doc and it keeps asking me to link my Google account. I do it yet again. It invites me to type the name for my new doc but then it just says "Google authentication failed" at the bottom and there's nothing created. I've tried completely unlinking Google and relinking. All cookies allowed and turned off uBlock origin etc. How do I create a Google doc* inside Dropbox *or a shortcut to a new doc Thank you!1.8KViews0likes5CommentsWrong Google Account Linked when creating G-Docs on here
I'm having a problem with creating Google Docs on here. When I create a Google doc via Dropbox it opens up said Google Doc but signed into Gmail account I don't use. It wouldn't let me sign out, so I've since deleted the account itself, and now when I try and create a GDoc on Dropbox, it brings up the 'Sign into your Google Account to Continue' page (which I do, to the right account), nothing happening, and it just bringing up the 'Sign into your Google Account to Continue' screen again. I've looked at the 'Linked Accounts' in my settings (of which there is nothing there - my Dropbox isn't linked to any Google accounts or other Dropbox accounts) and I've since deleted the Google Account it was signed into to get rid of said G-account completely. When I open up Google Docs on my computer (outwith Dropbox), it opens/create them linked to the right Google account. This is literally only happening with Dropbox. I have a Dropbox Basic account, but that shouldn't be an issue. What am I doing wrong??1.2KViews0likes1Comment
