Cannot delete a shared folder (of which I am the owner). The site keeps glitching.
I cannot delete a shared folder or any files in it (I am the owner). It has some large files in it and nobody needs them anymore. The website just keeps glitching and not letting me unshare the folder or delete anything. IS THIS A SCAM TO FORCE ME TO PAY MORE???? Not cool, Dropbox. Let me manage my situation, please!!! As a starving artist, I do not have extra dollars to give your corporation. Also, you could at least have someone available to HELP ME OUT with this without asking me for more money to upgrade to "eligible for customer service" status. B.S. Come on, dudes....
Account deleted by my old business partner. Can I restore it?
Hi There! I’m looking for help regarding my Dropbox account, which I’ve had for over 8 years. Recently, I tried to log in and discovered that the account has been deleted. This account contains a significant amount of personal and client-related videos and photos, and losing access to it has been devastating. Here’s some context that might help: Two months ago, my business partner locked me out of all accounts associated with my work email due to a messy separation. My Dropbox account was originally a personal account, created before I joined the company, and was not paid for or created by the business. At some point, I switched the account’s email to my work email, but I didn’t realize this until now. I suspect my former business partner may have gained access to the account and deleted it. I’m hoping there’s a way to recover the deleted account and its contents, as well as change the account’s email address to a personal one that I control. This account is incredibly important to me, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in restoring it. I downgraded my team, and now I'm missing my files.
I recently downgraded my team account to a free account. I chatted with customer service and they assured me all my files would remain. Now I've downgraded and most of my files are gone. I can't access customer support anymore as I only have a free account. Does anyone know how to contact them? This is why we downgraded our account, customer service, even with a paid account was so hard to access.My account got deleted by accident. Can I restore it?

Hello, I want to restore deleted files from Dropbox. Its been more than one month. How can i get deleted files from dropbox. I can see them in my event list. If i upgrade my dropbox plan to professional version will I able to get those deleted files.Some folders that I deleted do not show up in the deleted files page - how can I restore them?
Some of the folders I deleted tonight are not shown in the deleted files list, and I want to restore a few. They are not showing in events either. Only some of the deleted files and folders are shown in the deleted files list and events. Please help, this is very annoying. Thank you
