Hi, community, I hope you can help. I have been a Pro subscriber for some years, but am now living on a pension and frankly need to reorganize the way I work. So I have decided to go for Basic, to keep the positives of Dropbox sharing, but not the costs of storage. So how do I go through my folders, tick off all boxes and save them simply to an external harddisk og stick(s)? I only seem to find instructions that tell me to download every file and save it separately, and then delete one by one. There must be a simpler way! I have about a week left before I am shut down, but have lost a week blundering my way around this! Hello, I am writing you regarding my dropbox account. As a matter of fact, I was subscribed to the plus plan of 2TB space but now it is stopped due to a problem with the payment. The problem is that I am located in Lebanon and due to the financial crisis that we are living in our country for more than two years, I couldn't use anymore my credit card to pay the subscription since the banks in our country do not allow us to pay anything abroad due to the inflation of x20 between the Lebanese pound and the USD. Therefore, I have now unable to pay the subscription. This said, I wanted to know how can I fix it or how can I retrieve my data from my dropbox and save it on a hard drive? Hi there. Seems like a basic question but couldn't find any info. A friend is sending videos from overseas, they're longer than 5 minutes so that ruled out most apps. We tried Google Drive but there's noticeable compression happening to the videos. Dropbox is the next big name I could think of but there does not appear to be a basic free version for my friend. Quite frankly, the fee is reasonable so we don't mind paying but I just want to make sure this is right. He's downloaded from, presumably, a Thai version of the Apple Store, and downloaded a Thai version of Dropbox. I even tried to let him sign in to my account but it says wrong password, it's like we both have something totally different from each other. Hi Dropbox Support Team, I am currently facing an issue with my Dropbox account. I initially purchased the Dropbox Plus 2TB subscription, which I paid for in full. Later, I tried a free trial of the Dropbox Teams/Business Account, but that trial has now expired. Since then, I keep getting prompts to provide billing information to maintain access to my files. All I want to do is cancel the Teams/Business subscription and revert back to my original Dropbox Plus plan, which I've already paid for. However, when I attempt to cancel the Teams plan, it warns me that all my files will be deleted. This is extremely concerning. I’ve tried resolving this on my own, but the support options are not helpful, and I’m struggling to find a solution.
