Can I change the sender name when sending over a signature request?
When I send documents to get e-signed, the recipients get an email that shows the sender name as just my first name, with all lower case letters. How do I change this? (It's my work account, so looks really unprofessional!). I've gone into settings and there it lists my full name, with proper capitalizations.
Need to change registered email with Dropbox Sign
We have a company account but the email alias that is registered is inactive and nobody has access to it. Drop Box is trying to send a new password to the inactive email address which prevents us from logging into our account. Any ideas as to how we can change the registered email address? Dropbox Sign - do I need to cancel the signature request if one person had to sign on paper?
Hello Community! I use Dropbox Sign. For one signature request one person had to sign on paper. Do I have to cancel the signature request now in Dropbox Sign? Or I do nothing? Hi Community, We are the happy users of Dropbox Sign, but lack information on updates on changes in procedures etc. Occasionally we have experienced that the view, procedures etc. have changed from last login and no notifications of the update has been provided. I have activated the "Receive Dropbox Sign updates" setting in my profile, but have never received any notifications on comingupdates. It is kind of annoyingas we have documents describing how to use Dropbox Sign and they then need a quite fast update. Appreciate to hear about your experiences with update notifications.
Changing email for Dropbox Sign to be different from Dropbox basic
I have Drorpbox basic and signed up for dropbox sign, I did this by sign in with dropbox. Issue is that I want signature requests to be coming from another email than the one with dropbox. I tried to change email in dropbox sign but appears linked to dropbox. How do I fix this?
