Dropbox Transfer

We would love to have the feature of Approved Domains for Dropbox Transfer, just like you can for Shared Folders in Dropbox. This is a crucial feature for us to control who our employees can send transfer links to as part of our efforts to reduce data leak risk. We've had to turn off Dropbox Transfer for our users because they can easily send files to anybody, including their personal email addresses, without friction. Please consider adding this as a feature for Dropbox Enterprise users.613Views1like2CommentsAdd control over Dropbox Transfer e-mail notifications in the settings.
When sending a file through Dropbox Transfer, you get notified everytime a file will expire within 2 days. When you send all of your work to your clients through Dropbox Transfer, you get quite a lot of these e-mails and they start to clutter up your inbox. It would be practical to have control over all notifications related to Dropbox Transfer in the settings.11KViews42likes36CommentsHigher number of characters for Transfer name
Please allow Transfer names have more characters. If I'm correct the current limit right now is only 28 characters and that's really low. I'm working with multiple clients simultaneously and there forI'd like to include my client's company name to Transfer name. But within 28 characters that pretty difficult. And the huge bonus would be an optional text box for Transfer description. That would allow me to write few lines of information about the files included in Transfer.1.2KViews3likes3CommentsAccess Dropbox Transfers from Dropbox Menu Bar icon
Currently the Dropbox App downloaded to my Mac puts a little Dropbox icon in the menu bar. Clicking that icon reveals a dropdown menu with Sync History and Activity tabs. Would love to see another tab with all my active Transfer links so that I can easily copy a link to a previously uploaded Transfer and paste into an email or message. Currently the only way (that I know of) to view previously created Transfers, it to go to the Dropbox Transfers web page.922Views0likes3CommentsWork flow improvement for the Transfer feature
Hi DB Team I would like to enter the email distro list, title, and message before I start the upload. That way I can stop thinking about the transfer as soon as I start the upload. As it is currently, I have to upload the files and then enter the info and hit send. I end up waiting around until the upload is finished to enter the information. this is a huge time hit and workflow bottle neck865Views0likes3CommentsDropbox Transfer: Different Customizable Backgrounds for Different Clients
I'm a photographer who uses dropbox transfer to send shots to clients and I would love to be able to customize the Dropbox Transfer background to feature different images for different clients (so that I can show off a photo or two from that set when they open the transfer page).1.5KViews0likes4CommentsTransfer for iOS - Make Available for Dropbox Plus Users
Recently, Dropbox Plus users were given access to the Transfer feature. However, it is only accessible via the web and NOT on the iOS app. I understand paying for different features, but I don't think it makes sense to vary features that are offered across different devices/mediums. I use Dropbox all the time, but am on the go often (when the stay at home order wasn't in place...), and would appreciate having the Transfer option available in iOS. It's already available on iOS for Dropbox Professional accounts, so this would be an easy update! Please let us use it!1.9KViews0likes2Comments
