Hello fellow Dropbox users.. I am the team admin on a business account. We have implemented a folder structure across our team. Includes folders and sub-folders. We would now like to "lock" our new folder struture, while still allowing team members to accessall folders and sub-folders. We need team members to be able to upload, download, edit and save files within the folders and sub-folders. Is this possible? Our main goal is to prevent team members from accidiently moving or dragging folders or sub-folders into the wrong place. Hi, I would like to know has Dropbox implement the function to allow the admin to delete the activity & recent file ? I have a business account, due to the sensitivity, I would like to remove trace of the file access from the recent and activity. But I could not find the function on this. I have an old Gmail account that I deleted and can no longer access. When I try to login to my Dropbox account, it sends a code to that email address. I know the password, can't receive the code to that email address. Have called into support and created several tickets to this but doesn't seem there's any urgency or response from the 'escalation team' 1. As an ADMIN I cannot see or manage ALL of the folders and files in our Dropbox account because of the Team and Personal Folders - So now I can't see what data is being duplicated and increasing our storage. 2. As an ADMIN I cannot move data from a Team Folder. Also cannot COPY data out of a Team Folder, can only move or copy into another Team Folder 3.
