Hello in 9/2024 I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 119.88 dollar charge in 10/2024. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Hi Dropbox Support Team, I am currently facing an issue with my Dropbox account. I initially purchased the Dropbox Plus 2TB subscription, which I paid for in full. Later, I tried a free trial of the Dropbox Teams/Business Account, but that trial has now expired. Since then, I keep getting prompts to provide billing information to maintain access to my files. All I want to do is cancel the Teams/Business subscription and revert back to my original Dropbox Plus plan, which I've already paid for. However, when I attempt to cancel the Teams plan, it warns me that all my files will be deleted. This is extremely concerning. I’ve tried resolving this on my own, but the support options are not helpful, and I’m struggling to find a solution. Hello everyone. Long story short, I've had three support tickets without a solution marked as solved. The last time, I explicitly requested that my message be turned into a complaint about the "support" I was receiving. Nothing, absolutely nothing happened, no reply at all. I've been a Dropbox user for over a decade, and the decline in the quality of technical support (and of the service itself) is appalling. I upgraded my DropBox account to essentials using a 40% discount link for your 1st year offered through my credit card. The sign up page corrrectly showed the 40% discount at $119.40, entered my credit card infoand hit submit. On the summary page it showed that after the 30 day trial my card would be charged $129.40. Thats $10 more than what it said previously and less than the 40% it should be. Then I receive my confirmation email and it says that after the 30 day trial I'm going to be charged the full amount at $215.67. Posting this here since not sure where else to seek help. Bit surprised DropBox offers no phone number or email option for personal accounts. Aside from just cancelling the trial not sure what else to do. I know Dropbox has no refund policy, but since I've been billed annually for my Dropbox subscription for many years, it was just renewed less than a month ago and I now need to cancel. Financially I've realized I am already paying for Microsoft 365 that has One Drive for storage options and I don't need two different platforms for storage. I would love to respectfully request a refund. The tricky part is that I can no longer even make contact to request the refund, since I no longer have that privilege (because of downgrading) even though I actually paid for it (and didn't want it)...
