Hello, is there a way to play music files from Dropbox (via cell phone and WLAN)? I can only play one file at a time, but not an entire album. There is the Musicbox app, but it doesn't seem to work properly. Only a few pieces of music from an album or folder are synchronized to the cell phone. Thank you!0Views0likes0CommentsI downgraded my team, and now I'm missing my files.
I recently downgraded my team account to a free account. I chatted with customer service and they assured me all my files would remain. Now I've downgraded and most of my files are gone. I can't access customer support anymore as I only have a free account. Does anyone know how to contact them? This is why we downgraded our account, customer service, even with a paid account was so hard to access.17Views0likes1CommentI was able to normally access my files last night, but today they're gone.
Good day I went onto my Dropbox account this morning, and all my files have disappeared. They were there last night. All that is showing are a few files from 2014. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am panicking. Cheers Russ18Views0likes1CommentOnline-only not working in Surface Pro 11 (Snapdragon version)
Recently I went back to Dropbox having read that it now works with Snapdragon Windows versions, but currently I have a significant issue. I cannot have any online-only file in my SP11, thus I cannot have all Dropbox files in my device. I have this in the main DP screen: Then I go to "Manage hard disk space", select folders and make online-only. In less than a second I get the message they are online-only, but they aren't. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance.333Views2likes16CommentsSome folders that I deleted do not show up in the deleted files page - how can I restore them?
Some of the folders I deleted tonight are not shown in the deleted files list, and I want to restore a few. They are not showing in events either. Only some of the deleted files and folders are shown in the deleted files list and events. Please help, this is very annoying. Thank you84Views0likes14CommentsCan we have a folder/list of links to our Dropbox files on Android?
It would be quite useful to be able to compile a folder or a document with a list of links to Dropbox files that are made available locally. Imagine a speech that needs a set of texts or images to be opened in sequence. Or a performance in which it is necessary to compile a list of scores that need to be accessed quickly without browsing. The interest in just links, and not copies, is to access the latest versions adjourned in Dropbox from any of the connected devices. This is clearly possible in Windows where a folder or a .docx document can be compiled with links to Dropbox files made available locally. In Android unfortunately this is not possible. Someone suggests to make copies of the files into the local space (not Dropbox) and link to that. But this would not allow the great feature of dynamic update on Dropbox files. I have tried on my tablet to compile a file with links, but when I browse to get the link to a Dropbox file, I go nowhere. I have enquired the Dropbox assistance team and they told me that this feature is not available in Android. I think that this would be a great addition. If anyone in the community has a suggestion I would much appreciate it. Best to all. PS: In serching for a solution someone suggests to insert a path like this to locally available cash: Andoid/data/com.dropbox.android/files/USERHASH/scratch/folder/file.tx but I do not have the USERHASH and the path may be wrong.30Views1like1CommentI'm missing one of my folders, even though it hasn't been deleted.
Yesterday I couldn't not locate a missing folder that contained numerous files, the folder has not been deleted and does not appear when I try to rewind. The activity does not show the folder nor the files. I work from several devices and on two of them I get the folder but only with a couple of files, but not the same files. Each of the two devices now has different files in them but Not anywhere near the original amount. There may be other folders missing also I haven't checked though. Any ideas?22Views0likes1Comment
