I get this email almost daily: "Eligibility confirmed: NAME, you'll lose access to your files if you don't act soon!" I have 1,7 / 2.0 GB on my free storage. What do you mean by this message? I'm no native speaker, but this "you'll lose" is factual statement to me. But how can this be correct as I'm roughly 10% below my max. quota. How can you state something like this? Is this some kind of harassment towards me to make me buy more storage? Please confirm, Do I lose access or not? If the size of the data remains as is?Solved1.3KViews1like8CommentsI keep getting this warning email, why?

I recieved an email fromno-reply@em-s.dropbox.com saying that Ihave used 84.57% of available space and my storage is almost full, even though I'm only using19.6 GBof my 2 TB. Is this a spam?132Views0likes1CommentI can't access my Dropbox files as the "Upgrade your plan" prompt keeps appearing.
When I log into Dropbox I see the home screen for about 3 seconds then the "Upgrade your plan" screen appears. I select basic plan again and then it reloads the home screen and about 3 seconds later it again loads the "upgrade your plan" screen and forever cycles through this process. I can't get into my documents. I only have about half a gigabyte of space used. this is so stupid.707Views0likes16CommentsFalse storage warnings via email
Lately, Dropbox has been emailing to say that my free 2 GB account is half full, and that now might be a good time to upgrade to a paid plan. Having thoroughly combed through every square inch of my Dropbox account, I can confirm that I have no files in storage, nothing in my "Deleted Files" folder, and no files lurking on my "Backup" page. My account is empty, in other words......and still, the storage warnings keep landing in my email inbox. (For the record, my email address exactly matches the email address in my Dropbox account settings.) What remedy? Thanks.Solved2.1KViews0likes6CommentsDropbox keeps telling me I have 1GB of space left, but I have more than that.
Hello everyone, I'm getting messages saying that on my storage only remains 1 Gb, but I have 8.5Gb storage and only am using 4.3 Gb. How can I tell Dropbox to stop sending me these messages? Thanks in advance for any help. Wish you all a very nice evening. Best regards. Peter168Views0likes1CommentGetting notifications about a Basic account but I already have Plus
So i am paying over 100.- a year for Dropbox Plus!! and i am receiving notifications all the time since more than a year, which is saying i only have a BASIC with 2 GB and should very fast update to plus, even if i already have plus!! whats more frustrating is: i see soo many discussions here about the storage problem and im getting to start asking myself if dropbox is just doing more money by confusing people with that? That storage problem is so frustrating, and the way to find any support for this problem is even more frustrating! even if there are some discussions about it before, its not very helpful for other individual accounts! so this is the last try to find help because i cant take these false notifications anymore! And i really dont think that i did anything wrong except of paying the invoice so please can someone check my account and ake this **bleep** notifications go away330Views0likes1Comment
