I paid for the 15TB yearly plan and they could not assist me with why my computer could not download the 11TB of files to it. Hello everyone, I tried to login my dropbox account but everything is gone. I was working on a project with a team couple of months ago and they made me switch my personal account to their team account. Now back to yesterday, when I tried to login then my email address and everything was reseted. Anyone had this issue? I had absolutely zero warning. Are all my files gone? My client has sent a link to add me as a team member on their business dropbox - I accepting not realising it would cancel my business account and merge me with theirs.
