Saving photos to my iPhone created a new Dropbox album. How can I prevent that?
Previously when I opened a photo in a dropbox file and used "Save image" it would save the photo to the All Photos album on my iphone. Recently the same process created a new album named Dropbox and saved it there. Is there a setting to prevent the creation of the new folder and just have the photo saved to my All Photos album as before? Thanks for any suggestions.
I'd like to be able to search for my screenshots and remove them from the Photos page.
There is no where for me to perform a search in my "Photo" section and select or edit out screenshots from being populated in my "Photos". Screenshots should be allowed to be chosen or not chosen to be backed up in the "Photos" folder if one wishes. Please consider some kind of solution to this as it causes unnecessary duplicate files. Sería muy útil contar con la opción de seleccionar qué directorios incluir o excluir en el apartado "Fotos". Muchas veces almacenamos imágenes o capturas de pantalla en carpetas específicas, y estas terminan mezclándose con nuestras fotos principales, generando desorden visual. Poder limitar la visualización únicamente a los directorios que realmente contienen fotos ayudaría a mantener una experiencia más organizada y enfocada.
My photos are missing from my account, how can I get them back?
Hello, I’ve had drop box for many years, the free version. Recently I’ve noticed photos that were there are now missing! Havnt been deleted or anything, but they are gone and were 110% there… absolutely distraught, drop box was the only back up for all these precious memories. There is no way to contact a human at drop box what do I do
Force iOS Dropbox app to upload camera pictures in the background
You should find a way to force the iOS Dropbox app to upload camera pictures in the background regardless of whether or not the app is actually active. As it stands now, this function is hardly of any use whatsoever because in order for it to work, not only does the app have to be running (like in the background), but it also must be active! If I ever have to access the app, it’s generally only for less than a minute. But if I have photos on the phone that haven’t been uploaded to Dropbox, I have to sit there and wait with the app active until they all upload. If I further in the middle of the upload and switch to another app as the active one, then the remaining photos just won’t upload.
When I move photos, a copy remains in the original folder, why?
Hi, I'm organizing my photos and am moving some photos to a new folder called "non-family". But they are also remaining in the original folder. Shouldn't they actually just move to the new folder? I'm not copying them, I'm using the "move" option. Thank you!
I can't paste the screenshots I capture on Windows
For some reason I cannot pate the screenshots after I press "Print Screen". I have dropbox on my pc set to copy link when image is ready and then there is a pop up on the bottom right when I take a picture and it says "press ctrl+v to copy" BUT IT DOESN'T work at all!
